Welcome to my page. My name is Pascal and I love triathlon. I don’t win races and I have not won my age group yet (but I am working on it). I started this web site because I have read all the material on training I could get and I went on making all the mistakes anyway. As a result I have accumulated some experience probably worth sharing. I also took on the habit of capturing my important or special races in words. I have posted these stories here. Finally I made many good friends thanks to Triathlon and I hope that this website will help us stay in touch and motivate us to race harder.
